Maciej has extensive experience in market compensation research. As an experienced leader in business development and strategy, he co-created and developed a new brand in the Polish payroll report market. Over the past 9 years, he has established collaborations with hundreds of companies, aiding them in resolving issues related to compensation systems, fluctuation, recruitment, salaries, raises, and absenteeism. He has also managed a small team of business developers, designed sales processes, and served as a sales trainer.

Additionally, Maciej lectures in postgraduate programs at institutions such as the Warsaw University of Technology and the Academy of Compensation. He specializes in compensation systems, payroll reports, and business development. Furthermore, he has founded HR communities and HR clubs, including the Grodzisk HR Club, and organized numerous HR events.

Maciej effectively combines theory with practice. Having collaborated with hundreds of different companies, he possesses a deep understanding of the business and HR worlds. His theoretical knowledge and experience enable him to propose solutions that are best suited to a given organization.

Currently, Maciej serves as a Client Engagement Manager at Neumann Executive. In this role, he is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions. He leverages his extensive experience in compensation systems and business development to drive client satisfaction and growth.

He has been a speaker at numerous events, including the Shokokai Association of Japanese Companies conference, Employers 2023, and the Lower Silesian HR Forum.
