His career began with a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Helsinki, further complemented by postgraduate studies in HR Management and Labor Relations at the University of Warsaw, and an undergraduate program in Polish Language and Culture. Currently, he is expanding his academic horizon through a master’s program in Czech Language and Literature at Charles University in Prague.

Peter’s professional trajectory has seen him conduct extensive research for pivotal roles in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors, with a particular emphasis on HVAC, oil & gas, power & energy, material handling, coatings, commercial refrigeration, and pulp & paper. Beyond these specialties, he also possesses significant experience in retail, SSC/BPO, FMCG, among others, showcasing his versatility within the executive search domain.

Now based in the Czech Republic, after spending substantial time in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Poland, Peter’s linguistic proficiency is impressive, fluent in English, Finnish, Swedish, Polish, and Czech, with a functional understanding of German.
