His professional journey commenced in the realm of executive search, IT recruitment, and management consulting within Ukraine. For over nine years, Oleksandr co-founded and steered a consultancy renowned for its dedication to quality and its service to both distinguished local and international clientele.

Before venturing into the executive search domain, Oleksandr excelled in various VP-level capacities within Telecommunications, PayTV, and eCommerce. In these roles, he was instrumental in developing and leading sizable teams, reaching up to 500 individuals, and achieving annual revenue goals of US$100M.

With his extensive experience at the CxO level, Oleksandr adeptly bridges the gap between visionary companies and top-tier managers, always with a focus on fostering mutual success. His expertise is highly sought after in regions including the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Ukraine, where clients benefit significantly from his insights.

Academically, Oleksandr is distinguished by a magna cum laude MA in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine, further enriched by an Executive MBA from Kyiv Mohyla Business School.
