I Loves my job because it allows me to change (some) people’s Life. Nevertheless, with such a great power comes great responsibility, as I need to ensure that they will Love their new job.

Pascal is a French national who grew up at the border between France, Germany and Switzerland. He graduated in Finance & Accounting and started his career with a Big6 Firm. After 4 years in Paris, he moved to Prague, only few years after the Velvet Revolution, to develop the Czech office of a major French Accounting firm.

Curious by nature, he accepted to move to Germany to taste the “real world” for the E.ON Group. He dealt with international strategic projects (mainly M&A), where he teamed up with BoDs, Top Management and top external advisers.

Due to major Leadership changes, Pascal returned to Prague and co-founded an Executive Search Boutique operating in the CEE region. Their clients were mainly international Blue Chips, but also major local companies and SMEs.

Ten years after he started a new adventure and founded a family. He loved it so much that he stayed 2 years with his daughter. After that experience, he has been mainly working as a freelancer recruiter.

Pascal’s favourite playgrounds are the Czech Republic & Slovakia, Poland and “DACH”, ideally for a multinational sourcing. His expertise ranges from Energy/Utilities, VC/PE, Financial Institutions, Professional Services, B2B Distribution & Retail to Manufacturing, with a slight preference for Nuclear Energy Projects.

His key skills are Adaptability, Collaboration (with BOTH Clients & Candidates), Genuineness and Professionalism. Pascal can work in French, English, German and Czech, plus probably Swiss-German.

Beside of work, Pascal Loves spending time with his family, long runs by the Vltava, music, TV serials, good books, or cooking & having a glass of good wine.
