Transitioning from banking, Frederik ventured into executive search and consultancy, lending his expertise to esteemed firms such as Korn/Ferry and Atos Consulting. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found a company specializing in restructuring consultancy, marking a significant pivot in his career trajectory.

With an eye for emerging trends, Frederik perceived the untapped potential within the blockchain and cryptocurrency domains. This foresight was instrumental in co-founding Lexit Technologies, a pioneering fintech platform in online mergers, acquisitions, and later, NFTs. Under his stewardship as COO over five years, the company flourished, showcasing his capacity to lead and innovate within the fintech space.
