During his nearly five years with the firm, he played a pivotal role in advancing the interests of clients in private equity, financial services, consulting, and industrial sectors. As Managing Partner, Lumir led operations in the Czech and Slovak markets, demonstrating his capability to drive strategic growth and foster leadership alignment.

Lumir’s professional journey also includes diverse board member roles, along with executive positions as Group CEO, COO, or CFO. Notably, he served as President at PPF in China, a prominent European investment group. In this capacity, Lumir also oversaw external relations of the portfolio company on the intricate Chinese market (headcount 100k+ employees), showcasing his adeptness in managing high-stakes negotiations and his deep understanding of diverse cultural landscapes.
